If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from rogbid.com for any reason, you may request a return within 7 days from the date of delivery (calculated from 00:00 the following day after receipt).
To qualify for our 7-Day Satisfaction Guarantee Return Service, all of the following conditions must be met:
Product Condition Requirements
Smartwatch / Smart Band
The product must remain in its original condition at the time of purchase, with no physical damage or signs of misuse.
Watch Strap
The strap must remain in its original condition, without any physical damage or defects.
Charging Dock / Charging Cable
The charging accessories must remain in their original condition, without damage or missing parts.
Original Packaging Box
The original packaging must be returned in good condition, without stains, damage, or excessive wear.
User Manual
The user manual must be included and remain in its original condition, without stains or damage.
Return Shipping Costs
Under the 7-Day Satisfaction Guarantee Return Policy, customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
Refunds will be processed within 4 weeks after Rogbid receives and inspects the returned product.
Return Requests May Be Rejected Under the Following Circumstances:
Rogbid reserves the right to refuse a return request if:

The return request is submitted more than 7 days after the product delivery date.

The returned product is missing original accessories, gifts, user manuals, or original packaging, or any of these items are damaged.

The customer cannot provide a valid receipt or proof of purchase, or the provided documents are forged or altered in any way.

The product has defects or damage caused by unauthorized modifications, improper installation, exposure to liquids, sand, oil, or other foreign substances, or failure to use the product according to the user manual.

The product has defects or damage caused by accidents, including but not limited to collisions, fire, flooding, earthquakes, or traffic accidents.

The returned product is not shipped within 7 days after the return service has been confirmed with Rogbid Customer Service.

The return shipment does not follow the instructions provided by Rogbid Customer Service.

Products that have been used extensively or are not in their original condition may not be eligible for return or refund.
Return Process

Step 2: Prepare Your Package
Carefully pack the product and make sure to include all original packaging, accessories, and included items.
Step 3: Ship the Product
Send the package to the return address provided by our customer service team.
Step 4: Receive Your Refund
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process your refund within 14 business days. You will receive an email notification once the refund has been completed.
