Shipping Origin

All products are shipped from our warehouses located in Hong Kong, China / Mainland China.


Processing Time

Under normal circumstances, orders will be processed and shipped within 3 business days after order confirmation or payment completion. Orders placed on weekends may experience slight delays.

Total delivery time = Processing time + Shipping time
(The shipping time depends on your destination country/region.)

Customs Duties & VAT

In rare cases, your order may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or VAT imposed by your local government authorities (not by our website).

Buyers are responsible for handling customs clearance for purchased products. If customs clearance cannot be completed due to the buyer’s failure to cooperate, the package may be returned or destroyed, and any related costs or losses will be the buyer’s responsibility.

Please note that regardless of whether your order is shipped from our Hong Kong warehouse or Mainland China warehouse, Canadian customers may still be required to pay import duties or taxes.


Why Is Free Shipping Not Available to My Country?

Currently, free shipping is available for selected countries. However, due to the recent increase in international shipping costs and the requirement for Rogbid to prepay certain customs duties for some destinations, free shipping is temporarily unavailable for some countries.

The exact shipping cost will be displayed during checkout after you enter your shipping address. Before completing your purchase, you will be able to review the available shipping methods and applicable shipping fees.


Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

Rogbid verifies all shipping addresses before dispatch. If you notice that your address information is incorrect, please contact us at sonapang@rogbid.com within 10 hours after order confirmation. We will do our best to update your information before the order is shipped.


Undeliverable Packages

In some cases, orders may be returned due to unsuccessful delivery attempts.

When a carrier returns an undeliverable package to us, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Any reshipping costs will be the customer’s responsibility.

If reshipping is not possible, we will issue a refund after deducting the original shipping fee and applicable processing fees.


Package Interception / Rerouting Fees

If a delivery destination needs to be changed due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, any interception, rerouting, or address correction fees charged by the carrier will be the customer’s responsibility.

Why Can’t I Track My Order?

Please note that we will send an order confirmation and shipping update email within 3 days after your purchase. If you do not receive it, please check your spam or junk email folder.

Tracking information usually appears within 3–5 business days after shipment. For packages shipped from Hong Kong or Mainland China, tracking updates may take up to 7 days.

If tracking information is still unavailable after this period, possible reasons include:

  • The shipping carrier has not updated the latest tracking information yet.

  • The tracking number may have been entered incorrectly.

  • The package has already been delivered, and the carrier has removed the tracking record.

If you experience any of these situations, please contact our customer service team at sonapang@rogbid.com. We will contact the shipping carrier on your behalf and provide updates as soon as new information becomes available.

For packages shipped from Hong Kong or Mainland China, please understand that international shipping requires time. Delivery usually takes approximately 8–15 business days. Even if online tracking information has not been updated recently, your package may still be in transit.
